"Absolutely made up with our new fire! Had the Flavel 5kW stove installed last week and couldn't be happier. the install was completed within 3 weeks of us receiving a quote. The team who did the install were lovely people. They kept the house clean (as much as possible when installing a new fire). We had a couple of snags as a result of a miscommunication but a quick phone call to Tony and were rectified within 2 days.
