We offer a complete installation service, supplied by our teams of experienced, fully Gas Safe & HETAS registered engineers. You can be confident that the fire & fireplace you select, will look exactly how you would wish it to and give you pleasure for years to come! Rest assured that is what we want to, after all, happy customers tell their friends & family about us...If you are not sure about what we do/don't do -please ask!

We have our own in house plasterers, electricians and joiners so are a one stop shop for full installations, most of which are usually completed all in one day. If you require any extra services like new chimney pots, cowls or chimney stack repairs, we are happy to arrange or quote for this at very competitive rates.

We are happy to carry out no obligation surveys, whether it is for a fire, fireplace or full solid fuel installation. There can be many complexities involved within the fitting process so we are happy to put your mind at rest and ensure the installation of your purchase goes as smoothly as possible. 

• Annual Safety Check, Servicing & Chimney Sweeping: All gas fires should be subject to an the annual safety check & servicing not only to ensure your guarantee conditions are maintained but to make sure your appliance continues to offer you optimum performance for years to come. Our Gas Safe registered fitters will be more than happy to undertake this for you at very competitive rates.
• Disposals: We can arrange for the disposal of any fires, fireplaces or building rubble accumulated whilst installing your new fireplace. It can often work out cheaper to arrange your own skip hire as permits are often required & rates can vary for householders compared to business users
• What To Expect On Fitting Day: Please leave space for the fitters van outside or on the driveway. Leave clear access to the gas meter. Please move as much furniture as is possible from the room especially any breakables. Please cover all remaining furniture as there will be dust created when fitting. Please let fitter know if there are any hidden wires present under your flooring (speaker/phone/aerial, etc).
